Berlin Fashion Week is a series of events in Berlin that has been held twice a year since 2007 and lasts for around a week. During the fashion week, fashion shows, trade fairs, exhibitions, installations and conferences are held for trade visitors and the general public.

The Berlin Fashion Week is used by established designers, labels and fashion houses such as Michael Michalsky, Wolfgang Joop, Dorothee Schumacher and others as well as, in particular, by up-and-coming designers to present their collections.

Various trade fairs are an integral part of Berlin Fashion Week, such as Bread & Butter, StyleNite, Premium Fair, Bright Tradeshow, (capsule), Show&Order, PanoramaBerlin and The Gallery Berlin.

Mercedes-Benz has been the title sponsor of Fashion Week since 2007. At the end of 2022, Mercedes-Benz announced that it would end its title sponsorship and set up another event.

Since 2021, Berlin Fashion Week has been funded by the state of Berlin with 3.5 million euros annually.  (Source: Wikipedia)
